Content you create on our platform remains your intellectual property. By posting content, you grant TheMaff.Club a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform. Our platform code, design, and branding are protected by copyright and trademark law.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the chosen plan. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free tier access does not require payment information.
6. Data Handling
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures. You may request data export or deletion at any time. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable data protection regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
TheMaff.Club is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. Educational content is supplementary and not a substitute for professional instruction.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will retain data only as required by law after account deletion.
